Kathleen has been a student and teacher of yoga, meditation and tantra for 20 years. She has trained and apprenticed the worlds modern master teachers, including Baron Baptiste, David Life, Rodney Yee, Manuoso Manos, Richard Miller, Douglas Brooks. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist by IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) and Yoga Alliance. “My mission is to inspire people to experience their wholeness and interconnectedness with all of life, and to empower people to create their own environments that support awareness practices leading to ease, joy and well being”
